I have a McCall's 2 Hour Dress pattern #9460 that features an empire waist dress in two lengths. The pattern is Petite-Able and Cut-To-Fit, and the package contains instructions and patterns to make the following:

• Empire waist dress has round or V-neckline, long or short sleeves and back zipper closure; view A has a contrasting bodice and skirt.

This is a misses' 8, 10 and 12, and it is an out of production, uncut pattern - the package has light wear and is priced accordingly.
