DESCRIPTION


Features：

* Clean the weld seam with a carbon fiber brush/acid brush. You can use these brushes to remove the tempering color during the quenching and tempering welding process of stainless steel V2A/V4A/AISI 206/AISI 304/AISI 316 or similar materials.

* These brushes are produced for use in electrolytic pickling and mordants. You combine them with power. It doesn't matter whether it's alternating current or direct current for our brushes.

* These brushes are used for cleaning/pickling welding in for WIG, MIG, MAG, TIG or aluminum welding processes. With the available fluids, you can also use them for passivation and marking.

* For longer brackets, you should use them in tubes (polytetrafluoroethylene) and keep the working end as short as possible. The temperature resistance of these tubes can reach up to 160°C.

* Brushes are made from items that are also used in electrical engineering. The temperature resistance of the brush protection sleeve can reach 160℃, which is highly resistant to high temperatures.
