Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date, provided the items are in their original, unused condition (with tags attached). Products returned in damaged condition or missing parts are not eligible for a refund. Please contact us directly for return instructions.
When your order arrives, please try the item immediately indoors to confirm the fit/size. Any fit issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery. Items that are worn, used, or kept for extended periods and later returned as “did not fit” or “changed mind” may be subject to up to a 50% deduction under eBay policy. This deduction reflects the loss in the item’s resale value.
Please Note: For Apparel, Footwear, Bags, and Accessories, returns showing worn soles, creasing, dirt, odor, removed tags, or hygiene seals, or any other visible signs of use, may be refused entirely. If the item’s new and resellable condition is compromised (i.e., it is no longer new or ready for resale), the return will not be accepted.
Additionally, if the returned product does not match the documented photos taken prior to shipment (e.g., different serial, swapped item, counterfeit substitution), the return will be refused.
If the return reason is “ordered wrong item,” “changed mind,” or similar, the return shipping cost will be the buyer’s responsibility.
