Royal Mail "Signed For", "Tracked" and "International Tracked" do provide a tracking number. The tracking information available will depend on the postal service in the destination country.

Customs: For countries outside of the United Kingdom we will complete a CN22 Customs Declaration or equivalent. Buyers are responsible for all customs charges in the destination country.
