A vintage, custom-made piece of Masonic regalia manufactured by Robbins Co. of Attleboro MA, presumably for an attendee of the San Diego Commandery No. 25's 33rd Triennial Conclave in 1916.

Made of gold-tone metal, measures 2" x 3.25" with double pin attachment for secure placement for the wearer. Very good condition with a warm historic feel.

Masonic "jewels" are not necessarily made of precious stones, but are pieces of metal regalia that symbolize an officer's rank or commemorate a specific event.
The manufacturer is Charles M. Robbins Co., that operated in the early to mid-20th century: The company was known for producing high-quality insignia for military and fraternal organizations, such as Masonic orders.
