B.J Proctor Button Hole Scissors Adjustable Screw Antique Vintage 4 1/4" Sewing

This is a pair of antique button hole scissors that is marked by maker, " B.J. Proctor" and measure 4 1/4" long with 1 1/4" blades. There is an adjustable screw (1") on the side.
