Condition is new and unused in open and damaged packaging.  The flag remains factory folded and has no damage.  The cardboard identification on the package has folds, tears, scuffing and clear tape.  The plastic shows scuffs and wear and also has tape remnants.  Enlarge and look at all photos for more details on condition, design and size.  Please contact if additional information or photos are needed.
