The Richards & Hartley Glass Company operated from 1865 to 1891, and the Hanover, also known as the Block with Stars pattern, was introduced in 1887. The design features a block with star pattern on a thick, detailed pedestal. It is in good used antique condition with expected knife marks but no chips or cracks.
