We're located in the United States in Colorado Springs, CO at the base of Pikes Peak. It's rare these days, but NONE of our products ship from outside the USA. When you shop with us, you're supporting dozens of businesses from metal finishers in California, bolt manufacturers in Chicago, and hinge distributors in Boston, as well as hundreds of employees and their families.

If someone bought bolts from us 30 years ago, they are still under warranty, and that's something that we're proud of. We're not out to reinvent the wheel. The majority of the bolts we carry are stainless steel because why replace your current bolts with the same type of metal that is just going to rust and corrode again? The only two metals that don't rust are stainless steel and titanium.

Every product that we carry is backed by our "No BS 100% guarantee". All hinges and all bolts will be replaced free of charge should they ever rust, corrode, or strip.
