I have a McCall's pattern #7236 that features a girls' double-breasted jacket and a scarf. The package includes instructions and patterns for the following:

• Double-breasted, unlined jackets have front extending into collar or hood, raised waist, peplum variations, topstitching, and narrow hem. B, D: Cuffs. C, D: Shaped hemline, wrong side shows.
• Double-layered scarf has flower.                                                                                  

The pattern is a toddler's and child's sizes 3, 4, 5 and 6. This is an out of production, uncut pattern.
