Not sure if it’s originally Mens or Womens but the style is unisex. 

Please see photos for wear & tear. Tiny stains I couldn’t remove on the back, & front near collar. Missing wrist ties like the one on the collar. A tiny tear on wrist.

 I recommend a custom diy stitching or embroidery over the tear. For example use a metallic thread or try embroidering a small symbol.
