As found, no date. I believe from the 80s and these were a mail away item. Sadly I do not have figure , only the file card as shown.

FAIR CONDITION, AS SHOWN. AS FOUND, CREASED AND DOES SHOW SOME DISCOLORATION . IT IS SIGNED BY PREVIOUS OWNER. NO FIGURES INCLUDED!!!
