Mode 2 Short Pulse :output 50 pulses with approximate pulse width of 7 ms

Mode 3 Long Pulse: output 100 pulses with approximate pulse width of 3.5 milliseconds

Mode 4 Continuous Pulse: continuously output 50 pulses every 1450 ms with approximate pulse width of 7 ms
