This is used, so this may have some scratches, or show light wear. Over all, These are in excellent visual, and working condition.

-  WE HIGHLY  recommend that you consider,  continuing the AVG virus protection, beyond your 30 day trial.  Or please attain another virus software right away, once your trial is over.  WE WILL NOT  warranty virus's to the machine.  We have completely wiped this new drive, and loaded all new windows software.  So any virus you get, cannot have come from us, and will not be protected by our warranty/returns.  Please remember this, and please attain virus protection.  You can get a virus from the interent, within the first time you connect to the internet.

-  You should be able to purchase this computer case.  and simply hook up your monitor, keyboard , and mouse.  Then simply turn it on.   It should be that easy to install.   DO NOT  plug in devices, while the computer is on.  be safe.  Turn the computer off, then hook in ANY  components that you may wich to connect.

WARRANTY/RETURNS:

We do offer a 14 day return policy.  If your unit arrives in " unworking " condition.  We will accept a return.  PLEASE DO NOT OPEN A CASE, OR CLAIM THE ITEM AS " NOT AS DESCRIBED " This will cause the solution to your problem to take longer .  Please just simply send us a message, let us know what has happened, and we will address your situation with alot of attention and speed.   We will request the unit to be sent back to us first.  The buyer pays for return shipping.   We will inspect the computer thoroughly.  We will issue and exchange, or a refund...if we find that hardware is malfunctioning.   If we find that the unit is still in perfect working order, and the fault was from the user, or software related.  We may issue a 20% restocking fee.  THIS WARRANTY IS FOR HARDWARE ONLY.  We do not warranty software damage.


SHIPPING:   We will ship this thru UPS.   UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes.  please correct your address, before purchasing and paying.  It cannot be fixed after.   WE ONLY SHIP TO VERIFIED ADDRESSES.   please do not ask us to ship to a non verified address
