Four $2 Notes from the San Francisco Federal Reserve in sequence. The bills in the photo are not the serial numbers you will receive, however, you will receive Fed Reserve Bank "L" BLOCK B. The eight digit serial number tells the "number" of the note. ( 00000001 - 99999999 ) Block A is the first "batch". Block "B" the next 99,999,999 notes. Block "C" the next 99,999,999. And so on. On one dollar notes you may see a suffix with a "G" or beyond.
