Belted Elevator has NEVER been removed from sealed carton. BUT somehow during long storage the one tire closest to the top broke in half (the other tire is fine). Both halves are still within the SEALED package and visible. Appears to be able to be repaired with glue and subject to doing this properly, the tire SHOULD still turn and move as normal on the 'Wheel Hub' that also looks as manufactured good.
