Shipping:

• We ship primarily on Mondays and Tuesdays only.
• Weather and temperature are checked at your area to see if the package will be delayed.

DOA Policy:

• If we believe that the fish/Shrimp/Plant is not okay to be shipped out due to health concerns, we will let you know and refund the item(s) or offer a replacement to complete the order.
• If any fish/Shrimp/plant arrives dead, we require two clear photos. Two photos need to be taken while the animal/Plant is still in the unopened bag/container, with the shipping label in clear view. 
• These pictures must be sent within 2 hour of the time of delivery posted. We will check the timestamp on the tracking number to confirm the time of delivery. No exceptions.
• We will need 24 hours to process your claim. A refund will only be issued for what arrived DOA (dead on arrival).
• In the unfortunate case that the shipment is delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged in route, the buyer is responsible to file a claim with the shipping company. The seller will not be responsible for these events.
• No returns on livestock/Plants, all sales are final.
