It came from a yard sale, not mine personally. I cleaned it up a little bit but could use a good cleaning.
I think it’s in good condition. The bottom mat does have some stains( dirt spots) as it was used. See pictures.
Comes with the pen and mat on the bottom which also wraps around it for transport.
