All raw books come bagged and boarded.

When books arrive from the distributor, we only handle them the one time when we bag an board them. 

We combine shipping most items.

If you purchase more than one item and are billed for shipping more than once, we will adjust the shipping cost and reimburse you.

We ship Ground Advantage. If you select Media Mail for a comic or magazine, we will change the shipping back to Ground Advantage because comics have advertisements and for that reason, USPS does not allow them be shipped Media Mail even though it’s cheaper. 

After a preorder item is purchased, it will be marked as shipped. We will reach out when your books arrive from the distributor and inform you of when they will be shipped. 

No refunds or returns on preorder items. Delays with release dates are out of our control. If any delays occur, we will reach out and let you know when the new release date will be. 

If books arrive damaged form the distributor, we will reach out, and together we can come to an agreement on a solution. We know you want your books and we want you to have them, we just don't want to give you damaged books in order to make a sale. 

TPB, Graphic Novels and Omnibus and DVD’s can be shipped Media Mail because they do not contain advertisements inside.

We use Gemini mailers to pack your books and then we put them into a bubble wrap mailer to ensure your books arrive safe and dry. 

Max 10-12 raw  comics / 5 magazines 1-3 graphic novels TPB, 1 Hardcover book, to be shipped in a bubble mailer. Larger orders will be shipped in a box.

Graded comics are packed inside a Gemini mailer and shipped inside of an 18 x 14 x 4 box filled with either shipping popcorn or bubble wrap to protect your books.

If you have any issues with your order, please reach out before leaving an unfavorable review. We will always respond. Sometimes mistakes are made, just reach out and will remedy the situation.
