Please note that you have to email us regarding your preferred color of your hearing aids, as well as your audio-gram (hearing test results) if you want your hearing aids to be programmed.

1. Specify your choice of colour 

2. Send us a copy of recent hearing test / audiogram.

3. Send us clear photos of your ears with a ruler beside it for reference.

Individual programming and remote adjustments by our registred audiologists via the Resound app is included in purchase.

Shipping:

Tracking information will be uploaded and you will be provided with notifications regarding your package delivery.

Please note that any import taxes or customs charges applied by your country will have to be paid by the buyer.

At AudioLogiska (Hörselbolaget AudioLogiska i Stockholm AB) our licenced Audiologists will interpret your audiogram and provide professional advice on the correct model of hearing aids and/or accessories that would suit you best.

Returns Policy:

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us and return the hearing aids to us within 30 days from the date of receiving the hearing aids, in the original packaging. AudioLogiska will provide documentation and slip for return shipment. Upon receipt, we will make a full refund. 

According to the FDA, it is in your best health interest to obtain a professional medical evaluation before purchasing a hearing aid and you are encouraged to do so before bidding on this item. If you choose to not obtain a medical evaluation before purchasing this item, I am required by law to provide to you and obtain from you a signed written waiver of the medical evaluation, and I am required to provide to you a copy of the User Instruction Brochure for a hearing aid, review the contents of that brochure with you, and afford you time to read the brochure. You must provide me with either a signed statement from a physician or a signed waiver before I will deliver this item to you. Upon your request, I will also provide you a copy of the User Instructional Brochure for the hearing aid or the name and address of the manufacturer or distributor from whom a User Instructional Brochure for the hearing aid can be obtained.
