Paco Romero's techniques in oil on paper are distinctive of Latin American art. Romero portrays a shepherd and red flowers in two separate pieces with the use of contrasting light and dark to make out shapes, as well as featuring only the most basic colors such as greens and reds. These two excellent pieces are perfect for any home that desires to encapsulate Latin American essence.

Romero was born in 1927 in the Andalousian village of Alcalá de Los Gazules (CADIX). He received his first artistic orientation in Sevilla from where he left for America to the Brazilian city of Sao Paulo, which at that moment was in full artistic swing with its great International Biennials. He investigated new artistic fields with the great Argentine muralist Carlos Arias, and at the same time he followed courses on Aesthetics in Art and History of Art. He finally was outstanding as Monitor of the 6th International Biennial in Sao Paulo. He was awarded a silver medal at the General Motor Art of Sao Caetano.
