Sharpen Your Knives, Only 2 Steps!

Step 1: Sharpening

Take your kitchen knife, Japanese knife, or pocket knife, tilt it down at a 15 to 45 degrees angle, and pull 3-5 times to restore and sharpen.

Step 2:Fine Honing

1.Tilt it up at a 15 to 45 degrees angle, then pull 3-5 times to recover and sharpen.

2.If you tilt up the knifepoint while honing, PLEASE turn the knife at a 30 degrees horizontal angle to make sure an effective honing effect.

Tips:

1. Do not apply too much pressure, the sharpening blade is very hard, and doing so will damage the knife.

2. Don't pull back and forth! just glide the blade evenly and consistently in the direction of the knife handle.
