2022 D Jefferson Nickel Error Coin

This nickel appears to be a struck through grease error and a scarred eye error. The letters and numbers are not well defined, thicker than usual and theres clear doubling.
Also, the Monticello building on the back looks abnormal, this outlines of the windows on the left side curve. The right side of the building has a section that doesn’t line up like it’s supposed to be, almost like it was coming apart.
Jefferson’s eyes also appear to not be looking in the same direction.
