**Conditions pursuant to purchase of precious metals/collectible coins/bullion. In the context of what is sold at Eclectic Collectibles, the terms ‘bullion,” “precious metals,” and “coins” or “collectible coins,” are interchangeable terms and all refer to the same thing.  

At Eclectic Collectibles we guarantee your satisfaction. All sales of any precious metal products are sales of bullion. As such all sales are final. However, should you feel there may be an issue with your product we will work with you. We want all our customers to be pleased with their purchases. For this reason, we ask you to reach out to us directly. We will always do our best to accommodate you. If an exchange is requested, we fully reserve the right to determine and find an acceptable replacement. To reiterate, all precious metal sales are sales of bullion, and all bullion sales are FINAL, we do not cancel or accept returns under any conditions. Our bullion products sold to you are commodities. Purchasing any bullion product is equivalent to purchasing stocks, which are not under any conditions refundable or cancelable. If you need to reverse a transaction you are welcome to negotiate the sale of said bullion product back to us at market conditions, with the understanding that the market is both fluid and speculative at times as well as understanding that our view of current market conditions for bullion acquisition may not fall in line with what you, as the seller, deem valid and accurate market conditions. We are fully entitled to take a much more conservative position regarding bullion acquisition as opposed to our forward position as a seller. We take great care and time to provide the greatest amount of detail describing our products as well as making sure extremely high-resolution photographs of the products are present to exclude the possibility of a buyer later claiming that a precious metal/bullion product was not as described. It is the responsibility of the buyer to thoroughly read every section of the description made available as well as to scrutinize all photographs prior to sending an offer, accepting an offer, or selecting the buy it now option. Regardless of the procedure in which a bullion product was acquired, all the above stipulations regarding commodities (bullion products, coins, collectible coins), including our firm no return policy, remain unchanged. Again, should you believe that there may be an issue with your purchase, we ask that you contact us immediately. We will then determine if an exchange is appropriate. If we do not find a valid reason for an exchange, we may suggest that the buyer negotiate to sell the product back with the understanding that we are fully entitled to our expert views on any given item’s market value at the time such an offer is made to us.
