The TWA WX-01 Wahxidizer, inspired by the vintage Univox Super Fuzz, captures the iconic and demonic tones of the legendary blue and orange monster while reimagining its user interface and control features.
The crazy and abrasive octave fuzz tones of the Univox are faithfully recreated with pinpoint accuracy.
The global EQ switch of the Super Fuzz, Fat/Scoop, is assigned to the “ACCEPTOR/DONOR” footswitch on this unit, allowing instant switching between two completely different fuzz tones.
A parametric EQ circuit has also been added for fine-tuning, enabling everything from detailed adjustments to shaping the overall EQ curve of the pedal.
