This is an original book about Western artists working in India.  Pheroza Godrej and Pauline Rohatgi edited the book together.  Pheroza Godrej's husband Jamshyd Goodrej autographed the book on the front page for the US Ambassador to India.

Jamshyd Naoroji Godrej is a Billionaire industrialist from India.  He serves as Chairman and Managing Director of Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company Limited.  Forbes magazine named him one of the richest green billionaires, because of his concern with preserving the environment. he autographed this particular book.

The book is a First Edition, Hardcover with Dustjacket.

I purchased it at a Book Sale, near where I live in the Washington DC area.  I can see the pen marks on the reverse side of the autographed page, so the signature is not a part of the book's printed type.
