  • This timing tool kit is specially developed for the latest Common Rail diesel engines, which feature a completely different structure from traditional PD diesel engines.
  • These Common Rail engines adopt a combined drive design of timing belt and gear: the crankshaft transmits power to one camshaft via a toothed timing belt, and the two camshafts are driven mutually through gear transmission. This tool set applies to 5th-generation Common Rail diesel engines equipped with Blue Motion technology.
  • The kit contains essential professional tools to inspect and calibrate engine timing accurately after timing belt replacement, effectively preventing timing deviation, engine power loss or internal component damage caused by incorrect installation.
