This is a rare spooky town house. Has a few broken parts. See pics. The guy on the see saw is not on there broken tree and a skeliton dude is broken all pictured. This item lights up but no sound. No power cord with this item. Also the guy that moves up and down on the inside fell off its pedestal to move.
