It turns on but it MAY NOT WORK!! (The exterior looks good, and it turns on). Remote looks in good condition (comes with no batteries, and has not been tested either). Could be used for parts. I am unaware of the condition if the interior if parts are missing or broken.

It has collected some dust from sitting for a long period of time.
