About Figurares
Figurares is a bit-sized company in California founded by an anime-loving ex-Googler with the goal of revolutionizing how the world sees anime and collectible figures. By all standards, we are an underdog in the anime figure industry and can't quite yet do what the big companies can, but with your help, we believe our skills and passion will allow us to turn this dream of ours into a reality. Without boring you with too many details, we hope to become a global destination and community that anime and pop culture enthusiasts can be proud to be part of.
As the saying goes, "Rome wasn't built in a day." What we're building takes time. We know it doesn't seem like much now, and we are painfully aware of how little we have to offer compared to more established companies. That's why your support during this critical time feels as important to us as the support Goku receives when he uses his Spirit Bomb technique (we watch a lot of anime 😊). Handling
All our items are stored at our facility in California and have a super fast handling time of 0-1 business days.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping for all our products! Since our facility is in California, standard shipping times will depend on your proximity to the West Coast. Generally, West Coast locations can be delivered to in as little as 2-3 days, while those on the East Coast will need 4+ days.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before paying for an order. We can only ship to eBay-confirmed addresses.
Payments
We kindly ask that you provide payment within 3 days after placing an order with us. Our shipping and handling times do not begin until a payment has been confirmed. If we don't receive your payment within this time, we will cancel the order and relist the item so that someone else may purchase it.
Return Policy
Sometimes stuff happens. We've all been there, and we get it. That's why at Figurares, we offer FREE domestic returns within a modest 30-day period (except when we suspect someone is acting in a nefarious manner). Please contact us at any time during this period to discuss your return options.
Please note that free returns are only available for domestic purchases. For international purchases you, as the buyer, will have to pay for the return shipping cost.
International Customers
We use eBay's International Shipping Program to ship all over the world!
