Condition is used and a few yarns on the longer stitches have pulled.  And there are a couple of missing stitches.  Regardless, it has such a great mod look and is ready to hang in its wormy wood frame.  The frame is sturdy but does have some dings and the back dust paper has a couple of tears.  Enlarge and look at all photos for more details on condition, design and size.  Please contact if additional information or photos are needed.
