Retrostar Music specializes in new books and are constantly adding new titles, so check back frequently.  We are an authorized dealer for all titles listed, so you can expect a genuine, authentic item.

Some things to know about our sheet music:

"Full Score" means no pullout parts. 

If the listing does not say "Score & Parts", then it does not come with parts. 

We offer free shipping on sheet music orders $49 and up. 

Cut-Off Time For Expedited Shipping:  11:00 AM Central Standard Time

Shipping and Delivery Times:  We currently offer five levels of shipping service, Economy (USPS Media Mail 8-10 business days), Standard (USPS Priority Mail 2-3 business days), Expedited (UPS 2-Day Air 2 Business Days), and Overnight (UPS).  We do our part to diligently prepare and ship your package on time, but weather and other events beyond our control can delay your package once it is the possession of the carrier.  We do not guarantee delivery times under any circumstance.  

Ebay Delivery Estimates:  In every listing Ebay displays their estimated delivery times.  This is exactly what they are- estimates -, and your delivery times may vary. It is in no way a guarantee of your delivery time.   We do not recommend using Ebays delivery estimates in making a decision whether to make a purchase or not.  If you need more accurate estimates for delivery times, kindly contact us directly and we will provide that information to you. We do our best to respond within 24 hours.

Handling time:  Most orders are shipped in 1-2 days, but can take up to 5 business days (not counting Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.)  We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or on National Holidays.

Packaging:  All packaging is done by our professional shipping team so you will be delighted with your purchase.

Address Changes:  Buyers are responsible for providing accurate and valid addresses.  We only ship to the address provided on the order we receive through Ebay.  For your security and protection, we will not change an address or re-route a package in any way, there are no exceptions to this rule.  If you need to change an address, you must cancel your order and place it again. If you need to reorder, please send us a message letting us know so we can make sure the item is reposted for you.  We do not want to be responsible for misdirected packages.

Cancellations:  We cannot guarantee your cancellation request will be accepted, no matter how soon you send it.  Our orders are sent quickly to our warehouse team.  Once they have it in their system, we cannot cancel or retrieve the order.  You may simply return your item using eBays normal return procedure.

International Customers:  We gladly ship internationally safely and reliably using Ebays Global Shipping Hub, located in Erlanger, KY.  Ebay handles all aspects of the international portion of the trip, including rates, tracking info, and shipment tracing. We, the seller, are responsible for shipping the package to their hub.  Please note you will receive two tracking numbers. Sheet Music Photocopies:  Making unauthorized copies of copyrighted material violates federal copyright law. We will not make copies or scans of sheet music and email them.  There are no exceptions to this rule.

Issues With Checkout Or Payments:  We do not handle checkout or payment issues. You must contact Ebay directly with any issues regarding checkout or payment issues or disputes.  They can be reached at 877-322-9227

Returns are approved up to 30 days after you receive your item.  To return an item, simply click the return button from your eBay account. 

Items must be returned in the same condition as you received them.  15% restock fee will be deducted on items that have been opened, damaged, or show signs of wear.
