THV PONY Pro-Complete Remedial A Pad 

The THV PONY Remedial A Pad is part of the flexible THV Padding System (originally designed by BALANCE International), which is integral to the Functional Saddling Method.  This Method is designed to provide maximum comfort for ridden ponies and to support biomechanically correct movement. It also facilitates both postural and muscular recovery and maintenance.  

This pad is made with a ¼" gel-foam insert and is covered in a faux suede material.  It is only available in black as it cannot be seen underneath the saddle (it’s designed to be positioned underneath the centre of the saddle).  It has the hook side of a hook/loop fastening system on the underside to attach to a THV or BALANCE Base Pad as needed. 

If your pony needs this pad, it suggests he or she has some degree of drop in the back when ridden.  In this case, it is really important to work with a THV registered consultant or advisor to ensure it is suitable and appropriate.  Please contact them through the THV Saddling website as they will be very happy to help.

Please note - this is the PONY sized version of the THV Remedial A pad.  A full-sized version is available for larger steeds.
