Brand new in box! Bloodshot by Pulpriot is apart of their Shadow Collection in the color MERLOT and has been discontinued. This product is a semi permanent color and does NOT require a developer. FOR BEST RESULTS: Apply color to clean dry hair and let process for 25-40 minutes at room temperature. RINSE color out with COOL running water. Do not shampoo or condition hair for atleast 48-72 hours after color is rinsed out for the most long last results.
