This lot contains three 65-note player piano rolls, all made by the Aeolian Company, with matching patent dates of 1904. In the order shown in the pictures, they are labeled as follows:
Aeolian # 9502 - Rigoletto, Quartett - One Day If I Remember Well. Paraphrase de Concert by Liszt. (Verdi)
Aeolian # 79449 - Garland of Old Fashioned Roses. Waltz Song, Mandolin Chorus. Composition copyrighted 1911 by F. J. A. Forster. (Keithley)
Aeolian # 79067 - In the Land of My Own Romance. Enchantress. Composition copyrighted 1911 by M. Witmark & Sons. (Herbert)
The first one is larger than the other two, presumably that means a longer playing time.
Visually, the hooks and tabs all look to be in solid and functional condition, but there are some creases and edge tears at the tapered ends of the rolls. I haven't unspooled them to check for any mid-play issues, and I don't have a player piano to play them on, so they're not play-tested, and are therefore sold "as is" and with no guarantees.
The boxes are all fitted with wooden blocks at each end, to protect the box ends from the spool end pins. The "Rigoletto" box is split all the way along one of its bottom edges, but the boxes are otherwise in reasonably functional condition, with some surface scuffs and stains, and some chafing and general wear around the edges.
