2. Check the battery level before each use; it should be at least 90%.

Setup Instructions:
1. Set the current time to match the actual time, then schedule your desired mealtime.

Instant Heating Mode
This mode skips scheduled settings and starts a full 2-hour heating cycle immediately—perfect for unplanned meals or sudden schedule changes. For routine use, scheduled heating is recommended.
220°F Thorough Heating
The heating plate reaches temperatures up to 220°F, adjustable between 170°F and 220°F. With a 2-hour cycle, the heated lunchbox for adults ensures that even dense dishes like stews are thoroughly heated while retaining moisture and texture.
Heating Tips:
1. The display shows the temperature of the heating plate, while the food temperature is slightly lower to prevent burns and preserve flavor.
2. Place the lunch heater portable for work in the insulated bag to optimize heating and heat retention.
3. Ensure food contains moisture; our warm lunch box for adults utilizes the moisture inside the food to generate steam for thorough heating. It works best with foods that contain higher moisture, such as pasta, meats, vegetables, stews, and saucy dishes, etc. If the food is dry, spritz a little water inside the container to enhance heating.
4. Ensure food contacts the container bottom for effective heating. The heated lunch box cordless heats from the bottom, so for irregularly shaped items like chicken legs, add a bit of sauce or water to boost steam and enhance the heating process.
5. For more thorough heating, increase the temperature or set the mealtime 20-30 minutes earlier to allow for extended keep-warming time.
