Installation Guide
- Begin by ensuring the engine is cool and the vehicle is parked on a level surface.
- Remove any components obstructing access to the existing radiator, such as the fan and shroud.
- Drain the coolant from the old radiator and disconnect all hoses and fittings.
- Carefully remove the old radiator from its mounts.
- Position the new radiator in place, aligning it with the existing mounts.
- Connect all hoses and fittings to the new radiator, ensuring a secure fit.
- Refill the cooling system with the recommended type and amount of coolant.
- Start the engine and check for leaks and proper operation.
Important Notes
- Compatible with specific models as listed: check fitment for 2001-2003 and 2004-2005 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD V8 6.6T, and 2004-2005 GMC Sierra 2500 HD V8 6.6T.
- Please verify the OE and interchange part numbers (2511, CU2766, CU2510, 9599, etc.) to ensure correct compatibility with your vehicle model.
