This item is fully functional and does not come with batteries. Please note the cracking at the top middle and right portions where it seems the calculator is splitting apart. I loaded it up with batteries to test it and it still works just fine. But that crack will probably need to be superglued or perhaps taped shut. No guarantees on condition and no refunds. Enjoy!
