The Secret of Kamado-san's Deliciousness
(1) Thick molding
The direct flame part is finished with thick molding. It stores heat firmly and gently transfers it so it cooks without the need to adjust the heat. It also has excellent heat retention.

The double lid prevents spillover and also functions as a pressure cooker.
(3) Glaze
It uses glaze with a high far-infrared effect. Heat reaches the core of the rice resulting in fluffy rice.
