Q2: What's your warranty after purchase?
We guarantee 12 months warranty for non-human damage, Buyer needs to pay for return shipping cost.
Q3: Can I connect my rear camera to your device?
Yes, with camera video input enable you connect after-market rear camera with RCAR plug to ourdevice.
Q4: Can i install it by my self or does it come with installation instruction?
No installation insruction comes with the device, but you can ask us if any question aboutinstalling and wiring cables.Generally, we recommend people to take it to be installed by professional technicians.
Q5: Do I need to pay customs tax?
Yes, you need to do customs clearance for goods when arrives at your customs and pay customs tax in order to release shipment, Buyers need to contact the courier in time and clear customs in time
Q6: Does it come with TV function and do i need to cut cable for connection?
No, you need to pay extra cost for external digital TV box if you need to watch mobile digital TV in your area.No need to cust your original cable, just plug and play wiring connection.

The radio is totally designed according to the original factory radio panel, it will fit your vehicle seamlessly and perfectly,no need to cut the dashboard and no need for any frame.
Q8: Will the steering wheel control still work?
Your original steering wheel control will be remined after the installation. You can even definr the function of the steering wheel control buttoons in your preferred way in the car DVD setup menu models (without CANBUS).
Q9: Do i need the buy any accessories?
The radio with all necessry accessories such as GPS antenna, WIFI antenna, radio aerial adaptor you don't need to buy any accessories or parts to make all the features to work.
Q10: About remote area fee?
Remote area fee excluded, for addresses listed in the remote areas on DHL/UPS website, will be charged an extra US$35.
