Time frame:

All our deliveries are scheduled in the most efficient and cost effective manner, so we may not always be able to accommodate your preferred time slot. We will agree a delivery day and approximate delivery time slot with you in advance. Driver will call you on the day to confirm more accurate time of arrival.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days, provided units and doors have not been used or damaged in any way, legs or any other fittings not screwed in and the original packaging is kept intact. Any signs of use or damage may affect return or exchange processes.


How to proceed:

If you'd like to return your items, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process. If you are exchanging the item, we will assist you in selecting the correct replacement.

Return shipping cost:

The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. If you use an eBay postage label, the cost will be deducted from your exchange or refund amount.

Exchanges of faulty items:
If you receive faulty or damaged items, please contact us immediately. You must ensure any defects are reported to us as soon as possible but this should be within 30 days of the date you received your items. We will arrange for replacement parts or full exchange to be available to you as quickly as possible. and return postage will be covered by us. Any damaged or faulty items will need to be made available by you at the time of collection or delivery of the replacement items.
