DESCRIPTION:
Pair of matted and framed Art Deco style block prints by Amy Drevenstedt who was the illustrator of the book Bridge of San Luis Rey by Thornton Wilder, first published in 1927. These prints are not pencil signed, and I believe they were probably removed from a copy of the book and then framed.
The smaller one measures about 8 1/2" by 9 1/2" with frame, and the larger one measures 8 1/2" by 10 1/2" with frame.
Both pieces are in very good condition, although the bottom right corner of one frame has a little separation.
