About Straight Kettle:
The Straight Kettle from Workshop Aizawa in Tsubame City Niigata Prefecture known for its production of metal goods and western tableware. Its simple cylindrical shape blends in with interior decor and its design is such that it doesn't look out of place even when left out.

With its narrow pouring spout hot water is less likely to splash out making it perfect for coffee drip brewing. The large lid allows easy access for cleaning keeping it hygienic and easy to maintain.

Before Use:
- Wash thoroughly with dish soap before use.
After Use:
- Wash off dirt with dish soap or similar wipe off moisture well and let it dry.
- Do not use metal scrubbers or abrasive powders to avoid scratches.
- Do not heat without water for drying purposes.
- Wash well wipe off moisture and store after use.

Handling Precautions:
- Can be used on IH stoves and open flames.
- Use an appropriate amount to prevent spills as excessive heat can cause gas leaks or damage to cooking utensils.
- Do not leave empty to prevent deformation. Be mindful of the amount.
- Do not use in high flame condition as the handle may get hot.
- Do not use in an oven microwave etc.
- Do not store food in the pot for a long time. Storing with dirt containing salt or acid or in a humid place may cause rust.
- Do not use if the handle is loose. Tighten any loose parts before use.
- Wash the inner surface at least once a day.
- Do not fill water to the rim.
- Do not expose to sudden temperature changes with strong impacts or emptying.
- Do not use on top of a stove.
- Wash well and dry thoroughly after use.
