Stainless-steel case and band have lite scratches and tiny nicks. 

Bezel is missing a small stone near the 3 o'clock hour marker.

Crystal has a few lite scratches and tiny nicks, but no cracks.

Watch appears to have a Mother of Pearl dial.

Dail and hands are in good to very good condition.

Back cap has scratches but no dents.

Dial reads:  ESQ, Swiss, Diamond, Swiss Quartz

Back reads:  ESQ Swiss, Water Resistant, Stainless Steel, Swiss Quartz Movement, ESQ Watch Company E5249

Please note:  There is a problem with the setting stem as it pulls completely out of the watch when setting the time.
