This is NEW WITHOUT TAGS and has never been used but because it is a little but wrinkly from handling and storage and label was cut, I will just claim this as USED and PREOWNED. You can easily just iron it to smoothen it up so I don't think it is an issue. It is Beautiful & STUNNING in this Gorgeous PINK color with polkadot details that sure to TURN HEADS!
