This fabric is typically used for Bridal Gowns hence the term "BRIDAL SATIN".

Bridal Satin makes perfect bedding material because of its soft, sensuous and luxurious texture that makes your sleeping surface conducive to a relaxing and comfortable sleep. Its smooth and shiny surface makes you want to stay in bed longer.  

• Our Bridal Satin can be washed on a gentle cycle, in lukewarm water, with mild soap (not a detergent). Dryer setting should be on delicate. Press Bridal Satin on the wrong side while damp, with iron set on low to eliminate wrinkling.   Note: Due to the width of the bridal satin fabric, it is quite normal to have a center seam, but since we manufacture these sheets here in the US we do try to put the seams on the sides away from the sleeping surface. Some custom size or for mattresses with bigger depths center seam is unavoidable, we do make our seams inconspicuous as possible.
