Figures that are photographed above are examples, you may not receive the exact same copy pictured. We will not send copies with missing pieces or notable cosmetic flaws, all copies will be in the same general condition as the one pictured. For simplicity all figures are exhibited as pre-owned, however you may receive a brand new copy still sealed in the original gashapon plastic. Gashapons sometimes have issues standing upright or may have minor paint discrepancies, which is simply a result of their manufacture.
We're collectors ourselves, we know how important it is to maintain the condition of collectables and how devastating it is when they arrive damaged. Rest assured we treat our anime goods with the upmost care when packing and shipping them, to ensure they arrive the same condition as shown in the pictures.
