Use Tips:

1. Dust the mold with flour for sticky doughs if needed.

2. Cut a slit / slits in the top of the dough if you are using a filling that may expand or steam as it cooks.

3. Brush water or egg wash along the edge of the dough before crimping the doughs to help seal it.
