Installation Instructions:

Step 1: Pour concrete into the mould at the pre-installation location (depth degree greater than 9in) and insert the foundation into the pre-installation location.

Step 2: Insert the bracket deep into the concrete foundation until the rebar is completely submerged in the plane of the concrete (use a level to help keep the bracket platform par-allel to the ground).

Step 3: Insert the wooden post into the inside of the bracket (Edges may need to be sanded due to varying degrees of wood drying).

Step 4: Drill pre-drilled holes on both sides with an electric drill, set the spacers into the screws and lock them into the pre-drilled holes on each side for fixing.

Step 5: Drill pilot holes in the centre of the wood post with an electric drill.

Step 6: Insert the long screws into the preformed through holes and lock the nuts at the tops and bottom respectively to complete the installation.

The wood post can be fastened by post brackets to increase security. It can be used as a connection between wood posts and wet paved concrete foundations for deck railings, patio posts, fences, gazebos, mailboxes and more.
