Returns, Lost & Damaged
Standard returns accepted if initiated within 14 days of receipt. Buyer responsible for return cost. Cost of delivery to you will be deducted from refund upon safe return and resellable condition (ensure your postage covers the item value). All items tracked to monitor. Total losses considered after 10 working days non-delivery from dispatch and refund/replacement will be offered. Damaged items caused by delivery will be replaced/refunded; Customer needs to evidence this with photos of outer packaging as well as damaged goods and contact seller within 14 days of receipt. Claims after this point will not be accepted or refunded.
